By participating in a sponsorship or partnership opportunity, sponsors and partners acknowledge and agree to the following:

Executive Moms does not guarantee:

  • a specific number of impressions, views, downloads, clicks, leads, or conversions

  • media pickup or journalist coverage

  • audience engagement levels

  • sales, clients, or business growth

  • sponsorship ROI

  • viral or social media performance

Any audience statistics, distribution projections, waitlist counts, media interest, or prior campaign metrics shared by Executive Moms are estimates, historical examples, or forward-looking goals only.

b. Editorial Independence

Executive Moms maintains full editorial, creative, and strategic control over:

  • research findings

  • report conclusions

  • written content

  • interviews

  • campaign messaging

  • social media content

  • podcasts

  • speaker discussions

  • media positioning

Sponsors and partners may not influence or alter research findings, survey responses, editorial opinions, or published conclusions.

c. Deliverables

Sponsorship or partnership deliverables may include logo placement, website placement, social media mentions, co-branded assets, interviews, quotes, links, podcasts, discussions, or promotional opportunities as outlined in the applicable sponsorship agreement or partnership materials.

Executive Moms reserves the right to make reasonable changes to launch timelines, campaign execution, publishing schedules, distribution strategy, or promotional formats as needed.

d. Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in writing:

  • sponsorship and partnership payments are non-refundable

  • placement is secured upon payment

  • sponsors are responsible for providing requested logos, links, assets, or approvals by stated deadlines

Failure to provide requested materials in time may impact inclusion in campaign materials or deliverables.

e. Brand Alignment

Executive Moms reserves the right to decline, remove, postpone, or terminate partnerships or sponsorships that conflict with the organization’s mission, values, audience trust, or editorial standards.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse this website

  • infringe on intellectual property

  • distribute confidential workshop materials

  • harass or abuse participants
